Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. Do not allow this to discourage you from reaching out and discussing the issue, as we will still consider your claim on a case by case basis.
Restocking Fee For Returns
Returned items within 30 days, opened, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Beyond 30 days, no return is possible, due to small product changes/evolutions in production cycle. Returned items, within 30 days, unopened with tape seal intact, are subject to 15% restock fee.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order prior to shipping or after the item has shipped, you will not be refunded the following. 1) shipping if the item has shipped 2) The credit card transaction fees, these cannot be recovered 3) International currency conversion fee (only applies to international sales)
US Cancellation fee: 4%
International Cancellation fee: 6.5%
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/Sale pricing (if applicable)
Refunds shall not exceed the current price, if you purchased at a higher price and there was a price decrease, you will only be refunded the current price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items seeking to be exchanged MUST be received by Elliott Motorsports before replacements parts/units are shipped with NO EXCEPTIONS. The ONLY alternative is to purchase the item you want exchanged, and then request a refund for that item, once your return is received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at caymanspyder@gmail.com and send your item to the address you've been provided, upon approval to return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
